Tried this out for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. Children two and under are free (or at least they were when we went) and I bought the 90 minute pass for myself. They provide everyone with socks automatically because you have to wear theirs. Socks are $3/pair and you get to keep them, obviously. They have CRAZY strong grippies on the bottom so it completely makes sense. There are a lot of trampolines on one side and an obstacle course on the other. Each end of the building has some other areas as well. The bathrooms were clean and functional. There is a room for birthday parties but we also saw one in the general area. We had a great experience and will go back and would recommend to others. They don't allow outside food or beverages but make exceptions for sippy cups and things like that it seemed. There is a small concessions stand with cotton candy and chips and coffee and soda and water. My only complaint would be how long it takes to sign in which probably wasn't even that long but I was trying to contain a squirmy toddler. You have to sign a waiver which totally makes sense but also your email and home addresses.
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could give this a lower rating I would. My grandson's party was reserved and scheduled this past Saturday. Bottom-line, we were there for more than the 2-hour reserved party time and never received pizza or soda (both of which were supposed to be included). We had no communication from any of the staff, even though we went to the counter 3 different times. With the kids starving, we decided to leave. We went to the counter and nicely asked for the manager. A very young and inexperienced "manager" came to where we were standing with immediate attitude. We were told Imo's was running late an it was not their fault so they could not give us a discount on the party. I pointed out to them, although it may not be their fault, it is their responsibility if that is the vendor they chose to use. She just kept interrupting and saying "No it's not - It's Imo's fault". I asked her to call the general manger, which she supposedly did and they did offer a discount but it was still more than half price. We had no choice but to pay it since this "manager" threatened to call the police if we did not. DON'T EVERY USE THIS PLACE! They need to hire either an adult or someone with a better attitude. This could have been diffused easily had she been more responsible and understanding. The attitude was completely uncalled-for. Although we had frequented this place, we will never be back. I will gladly drive to Urban Air or SkyZone before coming back to this place. It's no wonder they continue to struggle to keep business. They deserve to close if this is their style of management.
My family really enjoys it here! There is plenty of space to jump and they block off an area for small toddlers which is awesome! There is a basketball court and a few other things outside the the big trampoline area, but we love how much space there is to jump, especially with two toddlers. I would give it a 4.5 overall though because I wish they had a membership. We would go more often if so that way we weren't paying $40 everytime we go for two of us. Oh and I love that there aren't TVs everywhere 😂 maybe it's just me but I take my kids there so they aren't watching TV and when we go to places with TV's everywhere it seems a bit counterintuitive.
We will be back!
We have had a great experience the past few times we have been! My only issue is the price is a little high… the children under two are “free” is great!
Our son is autistic and LOVES to jump but he needs to be accompanied so we have no choice but to buy two passes each time..
I was told to call and ask about any possible discounts which at first didn’t cross my mind! My friend out of state that said their trampoline park helps by providing discounts for disabled or special needs kiddos which i love that idea! Anything helps especially when you want your children to have as many equal experiences as others! ❤️ so that would be my suggestion for the future if you want to be as accommodating to the public as you can!
Loved this place.....the employees were great, super friendly. The facility is clean. Lots of stuff to do. We will go back.
The only disappointment was that we came in from 7-10pm with a group of teens.....and there was no food available.
Had there been popcorn, Nachos, pretzels or any other items listed we would have spent alot more money for our group. Teens love to snack💚
They have recently added some new equipment and jump areas, which is nice. My kids always have fun here. Their website could use a little help when booking parties. It is not exactly clear what you "have" to book for the extras and what your final cost versus deposit is.
This place has a great variety of areas to jump! However they are getting two stars from me because they are ran by a bunch of teens who do not pay attention to their customers. They are too busy dancing with each other, talking, and …
Smelled like nasty feet, couldn't hear a word over the Intercom, was hot and humid feeling inside. At least the kids had fun.
